Description

AEROTECH-System FacePlate with HSK 63F with hydro clamping system is intended for CNC machining centres, and the approved AEROTECH versions also for the new HOMAG machines. It is used for clamping shank tools while simultaneously guiding the chips during machining, and for grooving, rebating, pocket machining, routing and the Nesting machining process. What the LEUCO design provides: the AEROTECH-System FacePlate intended particularly for nesting machining and a patented one-piece clamping system. What the manufacturer highlights: the chip flow is blocked and the tool is cooled. This range covers 2 versions: diameter from 95 to 105 mm and overall length from 127 to 135 mm. Notes on use: sufficient vacuum is required and pressurising with a hex screwdriver (included in the delivery).
