Description

AEROTECH-System with SK30 (DIN ISO) with hydro clamping system equips CNC machining centres. Applications intended by the manufacturer: clamping shank tools while simultaneously guiding the chips during machining, and grooving, rebating, pocket machining, routing and the Nesting machining process. Design details given by the manufacturer: a monolithic clamping system, a 9-helix version for machining panels, MDF, OSB, hardwoods and so on, tool mounting by hydraulic expansion clamping, and balancing grade G<2.5. Benefits claimed in use: the chip jet is blocked, the tool is cooled, the amount of dust is reduced, and little maintenance is needed.
