Description

CD050 solid drill bit 90/30 DP LEUCO is intended for use on CNC machines and gantries and is perfectly suited to UD laminates, for example in carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP). What the LEUCO design provides: bevelled point geometry optimised for drilling through holes without chipping. What the manufacturer highlights: the solid DP head offers maximum freedom in the choice of the bit geometry, also possible with more than two teeth, and small diameters are possible too. This range covers 2 versions: drilling diameter from 3.3 to 5 mm, shank from 4 to 6 mm, overall length from 59 to 76 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: all intermediate dimensions are possible continuously up to a diameter of 12.0 mm and recommended above all for diameters up to 4.0 mm.
