Description

CM DP chamfering and edge flush trim cutters - Homag (Brandt) equip Homag (Brandt) edge banding machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Design details given by the manufacturer: with axial angle, polished tooth face and polished clearance face, sharpening zone approx. 2 mm and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: optimised chip extraction (ChipMeister), the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated and reduced extraction power. The article group brings together 2 versions: outside diameter of 70.6 mm, bore of 16 mm, cutting width of 20 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
