CM DP cutters for rounding and flush trimming the, Profiling cutters are aimed at HOLZ-HER Aggregat 1826 edge banding machines. The tool is used to round over and flush trim edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with axial angle, polished tooth face and polished clearance face, sharpening zone 3.5 mm and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: optimised chip removal (ChipMeister), the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated and reduced extraction power. The range comes in 4 versions: outside diameter of 57.25 mm, bore of 20 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 3. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
