Description

CM DP DIAREX LowNoise jointing cutters LEUCO is intended for edgebanders. The tool is used for quiet, breakout-free jointing of melamine-faced, paper and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based panels. On the execution, LEUCO specifies: symmetrical and asymmetrical versions, a large swept axial angle, uneven cut positions, and a 3 mm sharpening zone. What the manufacturer highlights: optimised chip removal (ChipMeister), the machine no longer clogged with chips, chip-related stoppages eliminated, and lower extraction power. The range comes in 16 versions: outside diameter from 125 to 150 mm, bore of 70 mm, cutting width from 43 to 63 mm and from 3 to 5 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
