Description

CM DP edge rounding and trimming cutters, Homag (Brandt) is intended for Homag (Brandt) edgebanders. The tool is used for rounding edging in solid wood, veneer and plastics. On the execution, LEUCO specifies: with an axial angle, a polished tooth face and polished clearance, a sharpening zone of approx. 2 mm, and n max = 24,000 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: optimised chip removal (ChipMeister), the machine no longer clogged with chips, chip-related stoppages eliminated, and lower extraction power. The range comes in 6 versions: outside diameter of 70,57 mm, bore of 16 mm, cutting width of 20,3 mm and from 3 to 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To bear in mind before ordering: Z = 3 for feeds of 8 to 20 m/min, Z = 4 for feeds of 20 to 30 m/min, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
