CM DP edge rounding cutters DIAMAX LEUCO, Ott equip Ott edge banding machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: rounding over and flush trimming edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Design details given by the manufacturer: polished tooth face and clearance face, with axial angle and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: optimised chip removal (ChipMeister), the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated and reduced extraction power.
