Description

CM DP high-performance shank cutters LEUCO, Z=4+4 are intended for CNC machines and are a very high-performance tool for pre-routing and finish routing. They are used for sizing and cutting out raw, melamine-faced, paper- and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: with DP end cut for angled plunging, with alternating axial angle, sharpening zone approx. 1.6 mm and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: optimal cutting quality thanks to the alternating axial angle above and below, high performance and optimised chip removal. This range covers 1 version: outside diameter of 16 mm, shank of 16 mm, overall length of 85 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
