Description

CM010 VHW multi-tooth cutter LEUCO is designed for use on CNC machines and gantries as well as on robots. Its field of application covers plunging with simultaneous feed on the Z axis and on the X or Y axis. Stated design features: available with a negative or positive cut. Claimed strengths: a special tool geometry for quiet running, even with thin workpieces and difficult workpiece clamping, reduced cutting forces thanks to chip breakers and very sharp cutting edges that guarantee optimal machining quality, and long tool life thanks to the ultra-fine grain carbide. The series comprises 8 versions: outside diameter from 6 to 12 mm, shank from 6 to 12 mm, overall length from 60 to 85 mm and 8 teeth. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW).
