Description

CM070 DP shank cutter (helical cutter) LEUCO is aimed at use on CNC machines and gantries, standard tools (ID no. 80474998 - 80475001) 6.0 mm and 8.0 mm in diameter and with a negative cut, with a chipbreaker, for composite materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: a constant rake angle over the whole length of the main edge, a high helix angle and a high number of teeth are possible with small diameters, and plunging into the material is only possible on a ramp or in a helix. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: very stable behaviour and a cut surface without scratches thanks to the continuous, spiralled DP knives, and resharpenable up to 3 times. The range comes in 8 versions: outside diameter from 6 to 10 mm, shank from 6 to 10 mm, overall length from 50.8 to 81 mm and number of teeth from 3 to 4.
