CM090 DP multi-tooth compression cutter LEUCO is designed for use on CNC machines and gantries as well as on robots, and is an excellent solution for hard-to-machine surfaces on honeycomb panels, sandwich panels and other panels. Stated design features: a compression cutter for a cut quality free of delamination on the upper and lower edge. Claimed strengths: a high feed rate thanks to the high number of teeth, and very well suited to finish milling. The series comprises 4 versions: outside diameter from 6 to 12 mm, shank from 6 to 12 mm, overall length from 65 to 75 mm and number of teeth from 3 to 7. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: it must be moved to the centre of the component (observe the compression zone), and other dimensions and configurations on request.
