Collet chucks with HSK taper LEUCO

Description

Collet chucks with HSK taper LEUCO equip CNC machining centres with an automatic tool changer and use on cutting centres. Applications intended by the manufacturer: the high-precision clamping of tools with cylindrical shanks. Design details given by the manufacturer: interface to DIN 69893 HSK 50F, HSK 63F, HSK 63E, HSK 80A, HSK 80C, HSK 80E, HSK 80F and HSK 100A, and friction clamping nut. Benefits claimed in use: flexible use through collets. The article group brings together 10 versions: diameter from 60 to 100 mm and overall length from 85 to 140 mm. Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: right-hand and left-hand rotation, ident. no. 175795 for IMA (up to 12/94) similar to DIN 69893 (draft standard), and Ø d1 = collet diameter 2 - 25 mm and 3 - 30 mm.
