Description

CompactTec N CM DP hoggers for the s-System LEUCO Ø 192 mm (RZ/DZ) are designed for use on double-end tenoners and edge banding machines. Their field of application covers the chip-free sizing of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. Stated design features: negative rake angle, tooth form: with reversed chamfer, with axial angle and regrinding capacity 4 mm. Claimed strengths: improved chip extraction through extraction built into the tool (ChipMeister), reduced cleaning times, lower extraction power, and long tool life thanks to the negative rake angle. The series comprises 6 versions: outside diameter of 250 mm, bore of 80 mm, cutting width of 20 mm and number of teeth from 30 to 48. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
