Applications intended by the manufacturer: the routing of shapes and contours. Design details given by the manufacturer: topline design, sharpening zone 1.5 mm and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: high tool life and very good cutting quality thanks to fine grinding and polished tips. The article group brings together 3 versions: outside diameter from 20 to 40 mm, shank of 20 mm, overall length of 85 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: clamping system: it is recommended to use tools in ultra-precise chucks, such as “ps-System” hydraulic expansion chucks, TRIBOS or shrink-fit chucks.
