DIAMAX CM DP edge profiling cutters – flexTrim – Homag LEUCO are designed for use on Homag edge banding machines with the FK11, FK20, FK21, FF32, FF12 and PF21 form milling units with the flexTrim milling head. Their field of application covers use in an existing flexTrim tool set and rounding or chamfering solid wood edge bands and veneer and laminate edges. Stated design features: an individual tool to be replaced within the flexTrim set and a polished rake face. Claimed strengths: the option of individually replacing a single worn tool from the flexTrim set, and the option of changing profile within the flexTrim set. The series comprises 44 versions: outside diameter of 78 mm, bore of 40 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: if the delivery date of the machine or of the flexTrim set is after 2016, a single profile can be replaced, and this is not possible on older versions: see the engraved LEUCO production order number > 7411179.
