Description

DIAMAX DP facing cutters LEUCO, HOLZ-HER, AirStream-System are aimed at HOLZ-HER throughfeed machines, units 1801 / 1802 / 1804. The tool is used for the chip-free, noise-free facing of paper-coated, HPL-coated, melamine-faced and laminated panels. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with the patented AirStream-System, symmetrical and asymmetrical versions, 35 degree axial angle and sharpening zone 1.5 mm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: optimal edge bonding, noise and output optimised by the AirStream-System, a substantially higher chip capture rate thanks to the AirStream-System, and longer tool life due to reduced re-cutting of the chips. The range comes in 10 versions: outside diameter from 70 to 100 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width from 48 to 64 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 3. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: compatible with Pro Lock clamping on older units and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
