DIAMAX multi-profile edge flush trim cutters DP LEUCO are designed for use on HOLZ-HER edge banding machines, unit FR502. Their field of application covers rounding, chamfering and flush trimming edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Stated design features: with axial angle, polished tooth face and clearance face, airStream-System and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Claimed strengths: the chip capture rate is greatly improved by the AirStream-System function, no chip build-up in the machine, no malfunctions caused by chips, and reduced extraction power. The series comprises 4 versions: outside diameter from 55.2 to 55.8 mm, bore of 16 mm, cutting width of 8 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
