DIAMAX rounding or chamfering cutters CM DP HSK 25R, flexTrim are designed for use on Homag edge banding machines for form routing aggregates FK11, FK20, FK21, FF32, FF12, PF21 with the flexTrim routing head. Their field of application covers rounding over or chamfering edges in solid wood, plywood or PVC. Stated design features: two-part tool, polished tooth face, optimal clearance face and with axial angle. Claimed strengths: optimised chip removal (ChipMeister), a smaller gap between panels at high feed speed thanks to the fast movement of the tools, excellent cutting quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation, and a combination of 2 different profiles. The series comprises 18 versions: outside diameter of 78 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
