Description

DIAREX DP routing cutters with dual direction of rotation LEUCO, Z=2+2 are aimed at CNC milling machines. The tool is used for the sizing and ripping of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated, HPL-coated and veneered wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: the shank cutters have one left-turning cut and one right-turning cut, each of which can be used by moving the Z axis and changing the direction of rotation, and sharpening zone: 1.2 mm. The range comes in 2 versions: outside diameter of 25 mm, shank of 25 mm, overall length from 125 to 135 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: the material must be clamped on vacuum cups, and clamping: ps-System, TRIBOS, shrink-fit chuck.
