Description

DIAREX high-performance DP shank cutters LEUCO, Z=2+2 equip CNC machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: facing, rebating, grooving and copy routing raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: with DP end cut for angled plunging, with axial angle, sharpening zone 1.2 mm and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: optimal cut quality thanks to the alternating axial angle above and below, quiet cutting through an arrangement of the teeth on 4 helices, and optimisation of the body allows improved tool life, reduced power draw and a lower noise level. The article group brings together 14 versions: outside diameter from 16 to 25 mm, shank from 16 to 25 mm, overall length from 80 to 130 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: feed rate up to 20 m/min, clamping: ps-System, TRIBOS, collet chuck, and with a thread for a pre-setting screw.
