Description
DP crosscut saw blades “HR” LEUCO, nn-System DP flex equip CNC machining centres and aggregates. Applications intended by the manufacturer: accurate cuts in all the usual panels such as coated and uncoated panels, MDF, plywood, HDF, WPC, fibre cement, mineral-bonded panels, alucobond… and ripping and crosscutting in solid wood, cross-laminated and glued laminated timber. Design details given by the manufacturer: 2 sharpenings max and chip clearance reduced to a minimum. The article group brings together 9 versions: outside diameter from 180 to 240 mm, bore from 30 to 40 mm, cutting width of 2.5 mm and number of teeth from 36 to 50. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: not to be recommended for ripping in softwoods and thicknesses > 40mm, and a chip-free cut can only be guaranteed in combination with a matching scorer.
