DP DIAMAX edge rounding cutters HSK 25R LEUCO, Homag (Brandt) equips Homag (Brandt) edgebanders. Uses foreseen by the manufacturer: rounding edging in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Execution details noted by the manufacturer: with an axial angle, a polished tooth face and clearance, n max = 18,000 rpm, and a 10° exit angle. Benefits stated in use: excellent cut quality from high concentricity and vibration-free running. The range comes in 10 versions: outside diameter of 70 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use given by LEUCO: constant base diameters, Z = 4 for feeds of 20 to 30 m/min, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
