DP edge chamfering cutters DIAMAX HSK 25R, Homag (Brandt) equip Homag (Brandt) edge banding machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Design details given by the manufacturer: with axial angle, polished tooth face and clearance face, and max. speed = 18,000 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: excellent cut quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation. The article group brings together 6 versions: outside diameter from 67 to 70 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
