DP edge chamfering cutters DIAMAX LEUCO, HOLZ-HER FR201 are designed for use on HOLZ-HER edge banding machines with the FR201 aggregate (1825M). Their field of application covers chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Stated design features: airStream-System, with axial angle, polished tooth face and clearance face and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Claimed strengths: the chip capture rate is substantially increased thanks to the AirStream-System, the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated and reduced extraction power. The series comprises 2 versions: outside diameter of 57 mm, bore of 16 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
