DP edge chamfering cutters DIAMAX LEUCO, SCM-Stefani are designed for use on SCM-Stefani edge banding machines with the ED system. Their field of application covers chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Stated design features: with axial angle, max. speed = 20,000 rpm and polished tooth face and clearance face. Claimed strengths: chip capture optimised, the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated, and reduced extraction power. The series comprises 2 versions: outside diameter of 73 mm, bore of 12 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
