DP edge rounding / chamfering cutters DIAMAX Multi, Biesse are designed for use on Biesse RF 40 edge banding machines. Their field of application covers rounding and chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Stated design features: with axial angle, polished tooth face and clearance face, sharpening zone 1.0 mm and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Claimed strengths: optimal cut quality. The series comprises 2 versions: outside diameter of 75.4 mm, bore of 20 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
