DP edge rounding / chamfering cutters Multi HSK 25R LEUCO equip Homag edge banding machines with MF20 / MF21 units. Applications intended by the manufacturer: rounding and chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Design details given by the manufacturer: polished tooth face, optimal clearance face, with axial angle and 15° trailing angle. Benefits claimed in use: excellent cut quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation, chip extraction optimised by an extraction system integrated into the tool, the machine is no longer cluttered with chips and malfunctions caused by chips eliminated. The article group brings together 16 versions: outside diameter of 84 mm and number of teeth from 4 to 6. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: constant basic diameters, Z = 4 for feeds of 20 to 30 m/min and Z = 6 for feeds of 30 to 45 m/min.
