DP edge rounding cutters HSK 25R LEUCO, Homag FF, IMA are aimed at Homag FF and IMA edge banding machines. The tool is used for chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: polished tooth face, optimal clearance, with axial angle and 15° trailing angle. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent cut quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation, chip extraction optimised by an extraction system built into the tool, the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, and malfunctions caused by chips eliminated. The range comes in 28 versions: outside diameter from 76 to 84 mm and number of teeth from 4 to 6. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: constant basic diameters, Z = 4 for feed rates of 20 to 30 m/min, and Z = 6 for feed rates of 30 to 45 m/min.
