Description

DP grooving saw blades LEUCO are intended for double-end tenoners and edge banding machines. They are used for chip-free grooving in solid wood and wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: sharpening zone 3.5 mm and tooth form: flat. This range covers 12 versions: outside diameter of 180 mm, bore of 35 mm, cutting width from 4 to 8 mm and number of teeth from 12 to 24. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: use with the feed, and the number of teeth is determined by the feed rate, the material being worked and the cut quality required.
