Description

DP high-speed trimming cutters LEUCO, Z=4+2+4 equip CNC machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: the sizing of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: high-performance tools for finishing cuts, with axial angle and sharpening zone 3.0 mm. Benefits claimed in use: the Z=4 tooth count on the upper section allows a high feed rate (up to 35 m/min) with good cut quality, a reduced dust volume thanks to the Z=2 tooth count in the middle section, and chatter marks minimised by a large cutting circle diameter. The article group brings together 7 versions: outside diameter of 48 mm, shank of 25 mm, overall length from 85 to 110 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: ideal for finish milling on pre-cut panels, clamping: ps-System, TRIBOS, collet chuck, and with a thread for a pre-setting screw.
