DP panel sizing saw blades “HR-TR” LEUCO are intended for horizontal panel saws. They are used for finishing cuts in HPL and compact materials. What the LEUCO design provides: a blade body design with imbalance optimisation, teeth in LEUCODIA quality, and LEUCO topcoat: a smooth surface to reduce sticky deposits on the blades. What the manufacturer highlights: very good vibration damping thanks to laser cut-outs filled with damping material, and improved tool life thanks to the topcoat coating. This range covers 1 version: outside diameter of 350 mm, bore of 60 mm, cutting width of 4.4 mm and 72 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
