DP panel sizing saw blades LEUCO, Q-Cut “G6” are aimed at horizontal panel saws. The tool is used for finishing cuts in raw and laminated wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: a blade body design with imbalance optimisation, teeth in LEUCODIA quality, and G6: for finishing cuts in raw and melamine-faced wood-based panels, singly or in packages up to 80 mm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: very good vibration damping thanks to laser cut-outs filled with damping material. The range comes in 33 versions: outside diameter from 300 to 450 mm, bore from 30 to 80 mm, cutting width from 4.4 to 4.8 mm and 72 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
