Description

DP PowerTec 5s airFace hoggers for s-System LEUCO Ø 160 mm (DZ) is intended for double-end tenoners, and ideal for sizing raw, melamine-faced, paper, HPL and plastic-film coated and veneered wood-based panels without breakout and at a reduced noise level, with the emphasis on edge life and cost-effectiveness. On the execution, LEUCO specifies: the LEUCO airFace design: with vibration reduction and aerodynamics, and polished teeth for optimal cut quality. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: extremely long edge life from an optimised tooth form and reinforced DP knives, and a lower noise level both idling and cutting thanks to the airFace design. The range comes in 24 versions: outside diameter of 250 mm, bore from 60 to 80 mm, cutting width from 10 to 14,5 mm and from 16 to 36 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To bear in mind before ordering: suited to double hogging (DZ), and use with the feed.
