Description

DP profile tool body set, flooring, unprofiled is aimed at throughfeed machines and double-end tenoners. The tool is used for profiling flooring (parquet, laminate and vinyl planks) along and across the grain. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: the knives are not profiled, modular construction: sleeve, flange, tool body and knife, versions from Z2 to Z12, and all parts of the modular construction are held in stock. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: fast customer-specific profiling, quick tool availability and ideal for new profiles and trials. The range comes in 30 versions: outside diameter from 250 to 260.4 mm, bore of 40 mm, cutting width from 10 to 20 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 12. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: the individual components are assembled as a set, the knives can be profiled independently of the tool body, and concentricity and flatness tolerance = 0.05 mm after a knife change.
