Description

DP roughing shank cutters LEUCO are aimed at CNC machines. The tool is used for sizing at roughing quality with chip-free cutting edges on both sides, carried out in solid wood and plywood, laminated wood materials and stratified wood materials, and for trimming and routing vision panel openings. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with alternating axial angle and with a diamond drilling edge. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: for better tool life in abrasive materials too, and chip-free cutting edges on both sides. The range comes in 2 versions: outside diameter of 20 mm, shank of 20 mm, overall length from 105 to 120 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: the machined edge may show unevenness, and clamping system: it is recommended to use tools in ultra-precise chucks, such as “ps-System” hydraulic expansion chucks, TRIBOS or shrink-fit chucks.
