DP scoring saw blades for flush profiles “F-FA” LEUCO are intended for Homag machines. They are used for the chip-free scoring of Softforming profiles. What the LEUCO design provides: max. speed = 24,000 rpm, sharpening zone 3.0 mm and tooth form: flat with a double 1.5 mm stepped chamfer “F-FA”. This range covers 1 version: outside diameter of 70 mm, bore of 34 mm, cutting width of 4.3 mm and 8 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
