DP scoring saw blades “WS” LEUCO, nn-System DP flex equip sliding table and table saws. Applications intended by the manufacturer: the chip-free scoring of melamine-faced, paper-coated, HPL-coated or wood-veneered wood-based materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: 2 sharpenings max, chip clearance reduced to a minimum, special cutting geometry and tooth form: alternate top bevel “WS”. Benefits claimed in use: barely perceptible noise and very high productivity thanks to extremely long tool life given by the DP teeth. The article group brings together 4 versions: outside diameter from 120 to 180 mm, bore from 20 to 22 mm, cutting width of 2.6 mm and number of teeth from 24 to 36. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: constant cutting width, 0.1 mm wider than the kerf of the main blade.
