Description

EcoPro HW shank tool bodies LEUCO, angled are aimed at CNC machines. The tool is used for profiling solid wood and panels. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with axial angle, cutting material: HW HL Board 06 for hardwoods and panels, cutting material: HW HL Solid 60 for softwoods, and a shank with an M8 internal thread that can take an adjusting screw. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent cutting quality in solid wood across the grain too, thanks to the axial angle, and tool body and indexable inserts profiled to order. The range comes in 30 versions: outside diameter from 100 to 145 mm, shank of 25 mm, overall length from 104 to 137 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: inserts can be profiled to the customer's wishes, the tool body can only be used for one profile, and the stop screw is to be ordered separately.
