Flush trim cutter DIAMAX Edge Rounding Cutterswith copy wheel CM DP is aimed at HOLZ-HER edge banding machines, unit 1832 / FF301. The tool is used for rounding edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: cutters with integrated tracing, with axial angle, polished rake face and optimal clearance, and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: chip capture optimised by the ChipMeister version, no chip build-up in the machine, no malfunctions caused by chips, and reduced extraction power. The range comes in 4 versions: outside diameter of 58.7 mm, bore of 16 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
