Description

High-performance DP shank cutters LEUCO, Z=2+1+2 is intended for CNC machines. The tool is used for sizing and cutting raw, melamine-faced, paper and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based panels. On the execution, LEUCO specifies: a very capable tool for pre-milling and finish milling, and Z=1 in the centre and Z=2 on the outside. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent cut quality on the top and bottom edges thanks to the twin helix direction, and reduced vibration from uneven tooth spacing. The range comes in 5 versions: outside diameter from 20 to 25 mm, shank of 25 mm, overall length from 100 to 120 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To bear in mind before ordering: a feed of up to 20 m/min for jointing, and a feed of up to 12 m/min for cutting.
