High-performance DP shank cutters LEUCO, Z=3+3 equip CNC machines and are a very high-performance tool for pre-milling and finish milling. Applications intended by the manufacturer: the sizing and cutting of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: with DP end cut for angled plunging, with axial angle, sharpening zone 3.0 mm and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: optimal cut quality thanks to the alternating axial angle on the upper and lower sections, and a quiet cut thanks to the spiral arrangement of the teeth. The article group brings together 10 versions: outside diameter from 18 to 25 mm, shank from 20 to 25 mm, overall length from 95 to 115 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
