Description

High-performance facing cutter p-System CM DP LEUCO is aimed at double-end tenoners and edge banding machines. The tool is used for high-performance chip-free facing of solid wood (knot-free) along or across the grain, and for high-performance facing and crosscutting of melamine-faced, paper-coated, HPL, plastic-film-coated and veneered wood-based materials and for lacquered surfaces. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: symmetrical and asymmetric versions and an extreme shear cut. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: maximum cut quality and tool life, and large cutting depths possible. The range comes in 40 versions: outside diameter from 70 to 200 mm, bore from 30 to 70 mm, cutting width from 33.1 to 62.5 mm and number of teeth from 3 to 8. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: use against the feed, and recommended feed per tooth: wood-based materials 0.8 mm, solid wood 0.4 mm.
