Description

High-performance facing shank cutter p-System CM DP LEUCO is aimed at stationary CNC machines and at finished quality in fibrous materials such as textile- or linoleum-coated panels with jute fibres and so on. The tool is used for the chip-free facing of solid wood (knot-free) along and across the grain and for facing coated panels (melamine-faced, paper-coated, HPL, veneered and lacquered). In terms of design, LEUCO provides: symmetrical and asymmetric versions and a non-crowned design. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: maximum cut quality and tool life, and large cutting depths possible. The range comes in 8 versions: outside diameter from 48 to 60 mm, shank of 25 mm, overall length from 100 to 135 mm and number of teeth from 3 to 4. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: with a thread for a pre-setting screw, and recommended feed per tooth: wood-based materials 0.55 mm, solid wood 0.28 mm.
