Description

High-performance VHW DP shank cutter LEUCO, Z=3 is aimed at CNC machines. The tool is used for the sizing and cutting of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: solid carbide tool body, a high-performance tool for roughing and even finish milling and for optimised panel sizing in the Nesting process, with a diamond drilling cut and an end cut for angled plunging. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent cut quality and a quiet cut thanks to the helical arrangement of the cuts, very good chip extraction thanks to a projecting distribution of the cuts, and cutting lengths defined to match standard panel thicknesses. The range comes in 2 versions: outside diameter of 12 mm, shank of 16 mm, overall length from 80 to 82 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP) and solid carbide (VHW).
