Description

HS mini finger-joint cutters LEUCO, finger-jointing cutters is intended for finger-jointing lines and machines with a cross-cut unit. The tool is used for finger-jointing softwoods, hardwoods and exotic timbers, with a 10 mm joint length. On the execution, LEUCO specifies: a 10 mm joint length, HS suited to softwoods, HS Solid 34 suited to softwoods with knots, and HW suited to hardwoods and exotic timbers. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: HS Solid 34: high resistance to bending, edge life 1.5 to 2 times that of HS mini finger-joint cutters, and topcoat 104: edge life twice that of HS mini finger-joint cutters. The range comes in 18 versions: outside diameter from 160 to 250 mm, bore of 50 mm, cutting width from 28,6 to 32,4 mm and from 2 to 3 teeth. Cutting material: high-speed steel (HS).
