HW 3P blank inserts (horizontal format) LEUCO are part of the LEUCO tool programme for machining wood and panels. Applications intended by the manufacturer: use in LEUCO EcoPro tool bodies and other tool bodies. Design details given by the manufacturer: two seating points and one stop point, option: topline sharpening (polished tooth face), cutting material: HW and HL Board 06 for wood-based materials, plastics and hardwoods. Benefits claimed in use: very precise positioning of the blank inserts during profiling, as well as when fitting the inserts on the tool body, and topline design: excellent cut quality with a marked improvement in the cutting edges. The article group brings together 78 versions: bore from 4.4 to 5 mm. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: can be profiled to the customer’s wishes.
