HW crosscut chamfer saw blades, for the finishing of LEUCO equip edge banding machines and automated lines for edge finishing from Homag (Brandt), Raimann, Reich, Ott and SCM-Stefani. Applications intended by the manufacturer: cutting and chamfering edge facings in veneer, laminate or solid wood edge bands. Design details given by the manufacturer: positive rake angle, tooth form: L - left, single-sided bevel “ES-L” / R - right, single-sided bevel “ES-R”, and cutting material: HW HL Board 06. The article group brings together 4 versions: outside diameter from 100 to 125 mm, bore from 30 to 32 mm, cutting width from 5.8 to 6.2 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: LEUCODUR HW and direction of rotation: see drawing.
