HW dowel drill bits LEUCO, with margin, with threaded shank are designed for use on hand drills and automatic drilling machines. Their field of application covers the chip-free drilling of blind holes in solid wood and wood-based materials. Stated design features: 2 scribers, negative grinding, centring point, helix with margin and melamine-faced. Claimed strengths: chip-free drilling thanks to the scribers and the negative grinding, perfect centring thanks to the centring point, good chip extraction thanks to the non-stick coating, and high stability thanks to the threaded shank for direct mounting on the machine spindle. The series comprises 7 versions: drilling diameter from 5 to 10 mm, overall length of 63 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
