HW EcoPro tool bodies (angled) LEUCO, MAN

Description

HW EcoPro tool bodies (angled) LEUCO, MAN are aimed at machining centres, double-end tenoners and moulders. The tool is used for profiling solid wood and wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with axial angle, cutting material: HW HL Board 06 for hardwoods and wood-based materials, and cutting material: HW HL Solid 60 for softwoods. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: tool body and indexable inserts profiled on request. The range comes in 14 versions: outside diameter from 150 to 195 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width from 40 to 50 mm and number of teeth from 3 to 4. Cutting material: carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: inserts can be profiled to the customer’s wishes, the tool body can be used for one profile only, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
